Stefano Saccani Shop: On-line, we hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of receipt of the goods provided they are in their original version, and not open not used.

Please send an email to our support center email@example.com, who will send you the authorization number of the RAN (Returns Number Autorization). You will need to provide all the details of your order number of the customer, which is provided in the documentation that comes with your order, together with details of the items you want to make.
After receiving the RAN (Returns Autorization Number), please insert in the space provided the details of which are given in the documentation enclosed with which you have received your order. You must also indicate on this form if you want a refund, replacement or exchange. Please note that the return you must ensure that the form is complete in all its parts, included in the package back and that the products are packaged safely. Packages that arrive intact n will not be accepted.
Please return the package by registered mail (keep the receipt as proof of shipment).
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used. The process will be made as quickly as possible, a notification email will keep you informed of the process. During busy periods, the maximum time for processing the file is 30 working days
The payment for the goods will be refunded by Stefano Saccani Shop: On-line, no later than 30 working days by bank transfer on your account that you provide the IBAN (for Europe) or Swhict (areas outside - Europe) after checking the goods. Please note that delivery costs are not refundable. In addition to our policy of return you have the right to cancel the order within seven working days from receipt of goods, if you send a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. When goods are delivered to third parties, we can also exercise this right, if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
