Trace your pencil along the upper lashes and waterline to create natural, everyday definition or smudge a thicker rim along the upper lids to make a statement.
A trick for avoiding transfer is to apply pencil right into the lashes on the upper lid. You can even dust the eyelids and brow bone with a touch of translucent pressed powder to really lock it in place.
