Created in collaboration with Nigel Slater; two beautiful teas, a lightly steamed Sencha from the slopes of Mount Fuji and another from the island of Yakushima, a protected UNESCO heritage site, carefully blended with a hint of Italian cold-pressed lemon oil.

How to use:
Brew with boiled water that has been allowed to cool for several minutes and a teaspoon per cup. It can be brewed for several infusions. Brewing Guideline 95-100°C, 3-4g per cup
