Launched in 2024 and created by perfumer Caroline Dumur, this fragrance is an invitation to rediscover the forest through a fairytale lens. The name plays on "Il était une fois" (Once upon a time), twisting it into "Once upon a wood". This is not your typical woody scent: it is an artistic interpretation blending the strength of wood with unexpected cereal notes. The heart of the fragrance features Vetiver treated in an almost "gourmand" way, made round and nutty by an unusual Buckwheat accord. It evokes a walk in an enchanted forest, where ancient trees meet the sweetness of the earth.
